Ingredients:
4 largePotatoes, unpeeled, scrubbed 1 ?ts "Cajun Spice" seasoning
1 tbspOlive oil
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 slices.
3Then cut each slice into 2 wedges.
4Place potatoes in a large bowl.
5Add olive oil and cajun spice.
6Toss well to coat potatoes evely with oil and seasoning.
7Transfer potatoes to a large baking sheet that has been sprayed with on-stick spray.
8Spread evenly ini a single layer.
9Bake for 20 minutes.
10Turn wedges over bake another 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside.
