| large | Potatoes, unpeeled, scrubbed 1 ?ts "Cajun Spice" seasoning | | 1
| tbsp | Olive oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 400 degrees. | | 2 | Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 slices. | | 3 | Then cut each slice into 2 wedges. | | 4 | Place potatoes in a large bowl. | | 5 | Add olive oil and cajun spice. | | 6 | Toss well to coat potatoes evely with oil and seasoning. | | 7 | Transfer potatoes to a large baking sheet that has been sprayed with on-stick spray. | | 8 | Spread evenly ini a single layer. | | 9 | Bake for 20 minutes. | | 10 | Turn wedges over bake another 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside. |
