Ingredients:
6 medPotato, White, Raw, Peeled
Procedures:
1: pam : salt : pepper
2cut potatoes lengthwise into ?inch thick slices; cut slices into ?inch thick sticks the length of the potatoes.
3Arrange potatoes in a single layer on 2 ungreased 12x15-inchrimmed baking pans.
4Spray with pam.
5Bake, uncovered, in a 400 degree oven, turning over with a spatula as needed, until evenly browned and crisp, about 1 hour.
6Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
7Serve hot.
