Ingredients:
2 Tomato, whole
1 tbspParsley, chopped
2 tbspBread crumbs
1 tbspOlive oil
1/4 tspSalt
1 Garlic, crushed, clove
Pepper
Procedures:
1Cut tomatoes in half crosswise and remove seeds.
2Heat oil in skillet and saute" the tomatoes (cut side down) about 3 minutes.
3Turn and sprinkle with salt and pepper, saute" 3 more minutes.
4Add garlic and saute" till tomatoes are tender.
5Place tomatoes on a heated serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
6Toast bread crumbs till golden in a skillet and sprinkle over tomatoes.
