Ingredients:
1 9" pie shell
4 largeTomatoes, peeled, sliced
1/2 tspDried basil
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cupMayonnaise
1 cupShredded cheddar cheese
Procedures:
1Partly bake pie shell at 350 deg f.
2Into partly baked shell, add tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil.
3In a small bowl combine mayo and cheese.
4Spread this mixture over tomato.
5Bake pie at 350 deg f for 30 minutes.
6Good when served as a side dish or as a light main course with a garden salad.
