| 1 | Recipe by: taste of home dec/jan 1996 in a bowl, beat the eggs. | | 2 | Add potatoes, turkey, onions, flour and salt; mix well. | | 3 | Heat about ? of oil in a large skillet. | | 4 | Pour batter by 1/3 cupfuls into hot oil. | | 5 | Fry 5-6 minutes on each side or until potatoes are tender and pancakes are golden brown. | | 6 | Serve with cranberry sauce if desired. |
