Ingredients:
2 tspUnsalted butter
1/2 10-oz box frozen petits pois
-(also called baby or early
-peas)
1 cupShredded Boston lettuce
Salt & freshly ground pepper
Procedures:
1Heat butter in a small saute pan over medium heat.
2Add peas; cook until tender, about 2 minutes.
3Add lettuce, salt, and pepper and cook until just wilted, about 2 minutes more.
