Ingredients:

| | Cucumber, pared and sliced | | 1
| | Tomato, cut into wedges | | 1/3
| cup | Vegetable oil | | 1/4
| cup | Dry white wine | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1/2
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tbsp | Ground pepper | | 1/8
| tbsp | Garlic salt | | 6
| | Lettuce cups |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook cauliflower as directed on package; drain and refrigerate until chilled. | | 2 | Place cauliflower, cucumber and tomato in bowl. | | 3 | mix oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic salt; pour over vegetables. | | 4 | Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, at least 12 hours but no longer than 24 hours. | | 5 | Serve in lettuce cups. |
