Ingredients:
1 packFrozen caulifrower(10oz)
1 Cucumber, pared and sliced
1 Tomato, cut into wedges
1/3 cupVegetable oil
1/4 cupDry white wine
2 tbspLemon juice
1/2 tbspSalt
1/4 tbspGround pepper
1/8 tbspGarlic salt
6 Lettuce cups
Procedures:
1Cook cauliflower as directed on package; drain and refrigerate until chilled.
2Place cauliflower, cucumber and tomato in bowl.
3mix oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic salt; pour over vegetables.
4Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, at least 12 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
5Serve in lettuce cups.
