| cup | Evaporated milk | | 2
| tsp | Butter(I used Margarine) | | | Salt & pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Peel and cut squash into small pieces. | | 2 | Place in sauce pan with small amount of water. | | 3 | Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until squash is crisp-tender. | | 4 | Drain. | | 5 | Beat squash with rotary beater; add evaporated milk and butter. | | 6 | Beat until light and fluffy. | | 7 | Add salt and pepper. | | 8 | Food exchanges per serving: 1 vegetable exchange + 1 fat exchange cal: 68 |
