Ingredients:
8 ozFruit cocktail, can, chilled
1 cupMilk
1/4 cupNonfat dry milk powder
1/2 tspVanilla
1/2 cupIce cubes
2 xCinnamon, ground (dashes)
Procedures:
1Per serving: 87 cal., 5g pro., 16g carbo., 0g fat, 3mg chol., 81 sodium in a blender container combine undrained fruit cocktail and remaining ingredients.
2Cover; blend till combined.
3Add ice cubes; cover and blend till smooth.
4Sprinkle with additional cinnamon (for garnish), if desired.
5Serve immediately.
