Ingredients:

| large | Celery root, trimmed, peeled | | 2
| med | Baking potatoes, cubed | | 2
| med | Turnips, cubed | | 4
| med | Leeks, washed & sliced | | 1
| tbsp | Salt | | | Pepper, to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine the celery root, potaotes, turnips, and leeks in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. | | 2 | Place over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. | | 3 | Reduce heat and simmer until all of the vegetables are tender, about 30 mins. | | 4 | Drain well and pass the vegetables through a ricer. | | 5 | Add salt and pepper to taste. | | 6 | Divide among 4 plates and serve immediately. | | 7 | "a well seasoned appetite" |
