Ingredients:

| cup | Cheese, grated | | 8
| | Zucchini, sliced, medium | | 2/3
| cup | Onion, chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Parsley, chopped | | 1
| | Garlic, clove, large | | 1
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/4
| tsp | Oregano | | 1/4
| tsp | Rosemary | | 4
| cup | Tomato, peeled | | 1/4
| cup | Olive oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oil in large skillet. | | 2 | Add zucchini, onion, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary. | | 3 | Saute" mixture over medium heat, stirring often, until zucchini is tender (20 minutes). | | 4 | Toss in chopped tomatoes and continue to saute" until tomatoes are thoroughly heated (5 minutes). | | 5 | Turn mixture into a serving dish; sprinkle with parmesan cheese. |
