Zucchini parmesan

Ingredients:
1/2 cupCheese, grated
8 Zucchini, sliced, medium
2/3 cupOnion, chopped
2 tbspParsley, chopped
1 Garlic, clove, large
1 tbspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 tspOregano
1/4 tspRosemary
4 cupTomato, peeled
1/4 cupOlive oil
Procedures:
1Heat oil in large skillet.
2Add zucchini, onion, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary.
3Saute" mixture over medium heat, stirring often, until zucchini is tender (20 minutes).
4Toss in chopped tomatoes and continue to saute" until tomatoes are thoroughly heated (5 minutes).
5Turn mixture into a serving dish; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
