Ingredients:

| tbsp | Powdered cugar | | 3
| tsp | Grated orange peel |

Procedures:
| 1 | In small bowl of electric mixer or food processor fitted with a metal blade, process all ingredients until smooth and light. | | 2 | Spoon into a small serving dish. | | 3 | Cover and refrigerate. | | 4 | Let stand at room temperature 20 to 30 minutes before serving. | | 5 | Makes about 1 cup. | | 6 | Variations: ginger-orange spread: add 1 tablespoon minced crystallized ginger. | | 7 | Prune-cheese spread: add ?cup finely chopped prunes. |
