Oven-roasted potatoes & onions

Ingredients:
6 largePotatoes, quartered
6 medOnions, quartered
1/3 cupVegetable oil
1 tspBlack pepper
1 tbspFresh parsley, chopped
1 tbspFresh basil, chopped
1 tspFresh marjoram, chopped
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2Place potatoes & onions in shallow roasting pan.
3Combine oil & herbs & pour over the vegetables.
4Toss & bake, uncovered for 1 hour, or till fork tender.
5Turn occasionally to prevent sticking.
