Ingredients:
6 cupFresh Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 cupCalvados
1 cupSugar
1/2 cupOrange Blossom Honey
1 tbspGround Cinnamon
1/4 tspGround Cloves
Procedures:
1Place all ingredients in heavy saucepan.
2Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
3Cook for about 15 minutes, or until mixture begins to thicken.
4Pour into hot sterilized jars, leaving ?inch headspace.
5Vacuum seal.
