Ingredients:
FROM JONI'S KITCHEN
1 can6oz's black olives, pitted
-drained
2 ozCan anchovy fillets in olive
-oil, drained
2 tbspVegetable oil
2 tspCapers, drained
2 tspDijon mustard
1 smallGarlic clove, peel & chopped
1 dashHot pepper sauce
Procedures:
1In the container of a food processor, process all ingredients until combined, but still with some texture.
2Scrape spread into small bowl.
3Cover and refrigerate to let flavors blend.
4Serve with assorted crackers.
