Ingredients:

| quart | Ripe strawberries | | 4
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1/2
| | Bottle of liquid pectin |

Procedures:
| 1 | Crush berries thoroughly. | | 2 | Place in a large bowl. | | 3 | Add sugar, mix well & let stand. | | 4 | Mix lemon juice & add certo. | | 5 | Stir until all sugar crystals are dissolved. | | 6 | Ladle quickly into jars & leave to set, it may take 24 hours. | | 7 | Store in freezer. | | 8 | Will keep in the fridge for 3 weeks. | | 9 | "the settlement cookbook" |
