Ingredients:

2 cupCooked pumpkin, pureed
1/2 cupHoney
1 tspGrated lemon rind
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tspCinnamon
1/4 tspNutmeg
1/4 tspGinger
1/8 tspCloves
1/4 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2Simmer uncovered on low heat about 40 minutes, stirring frequently, until thick (like stiff apple butter).
3When it is thick enough for you, ladle into jars and refrigerate.
4Makes about 1 ?cups.
