Ingredients:
1 lbsChicken livers thoroughly
Rinsed trimmed of fat and
Membrane and patted dry
1 Stick butter/margarine
1 packDry onion soup mix
1/2 cupWater
1 pack(8-oz) soften cream cheese
Garlic powder to taste
Wine vinegar to taste
Procedures:
1Saute livers in butter and add soup mix.
2Process in a blender or food processor with as much of the water as you need to create the desired consistency.
3Remove mixture from blender and beat in cream cheese.
4Add garlic powder to taste and a touch of vinegar.
5Chill and serve with crackers or pretzels or apple slices.
