Ingredients:
1 Stick oleo
2 lbsChicken liver
1 cupDry minced onion flakes
1/2 tspGarlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
4 Hard boiled eggs
Procedures:
1Melt butter in skillet, add chicken livers and all ingredients except hard cooked eggs.
2Simmer about 1 hour.
3Put in blender, add eggs and water to the desired consistency.
4Let cool, cover and refrigerate.
5Do not drain before putting in blender.
