Lemon, honey & walnut cheese

Ingredients:
16 ozLowfat cottage cheese
1/3 cupHoney
2 tbspFresh lemon juice
1 tbspGrated lemon zest
1/4 tspGround cloves
1/2 cupToasted & finely chopped
Walnuts
Procedures:
1In a medium bowl and using a wire whisk, beat together the cottage cheese, honey, lemon juice, zest, and cloves.
2Stir in the walnuts.
3Transfer to a container with a tight-fitting lid.
4Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
