Ingredients:

| cup | Crushed strawberries | | 1
| cup | Mashed banana | | 3
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| | Box CERTO light fruit pectin | | | -crystals |

Procedures:
| 1 | Measure fruits into a large bowl. | | 2 | Measure sugar and set aside. | | 3 | Combine certo fruit pectin crystals with ?cup of the measured sugar. | | 4 | Gradually add to fruit, stirring well. | | 5 | Let stand for 30 minutes,stirring occasionally. | | 6 | Gradually stir in remaining sugar and continue stirring for 3 minutes until most of the sugar is dissolved. | | 7 | Pour into clean jars or plastic containers. | | 8 | Cover tightly with lids. | | 9 | Let stand at room temperature until set (may take up to 24 hours). | | 10 | Store in freezer or up to 3 weeks in fridge. | | 11 | Makes 6 cups. |
