Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupMayonnaise
1/2 cupPlain yogurt
1/4 cupChopped dill pickle
1/4 cupFinely chopped celery
1 tbspFinely chopped sweet red
Pepper
1 tbspChopped parsley
1/2 tspMixed Italian herbs
1/4 cupChopped scallions
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 tspTumeric
2 tspLemon juice
Procedures:
11) in a medium sized bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, dill pickle, celery, red pepper, parsley, herbs, scallions and soy sauce.
2Mix well.
32) mix the tumeric with the lemon juice and add to the mayonnaise mixture.
4Cover and chill.
