Ingredients:

| lbs | Tomatoes, peeled and diced | | 1 3/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| cup | Raisins | | 1
| cup | Cider vinegar | | 3
| tbsp | Ginger | | 2
| tbsp | Salt | | 4
| large | Cloves garlic, minced | | 1
| tbsp | Crushed red chile | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground dried habanero chile |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine all ingredients in large heavy saucepan. | | 2 | Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer uncovered, stirring often, until very thick, about 2 hours. | | 3 | Ladle into hot sterilized ? or 1-pint jars and seal tightly. | | 4 | Process jars in boiling water bath for 15 minutes. | | 5 | Cool. | | 6 | Store in refrigerator or freezer |
