Quetta tomato chutney

Ingredients:
5 lbsTomatoes, peeled and diced
1 3/4 cupSugar
1 cupRaisins
1 cupCider vinegar
3 tbspGinger
2 tbspSalt
4 largeCloves garlic, minced
1 tbspCrushed red chile
1/2 tspGround dried habanero chile
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in large heavy saucepan.
2Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer uncovered, stirring often, until very thick, about 2 hours.
3Ladle into hot sterilized ? or 1-pint jars and seal tightly.
4Process jars in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
5Cool.
6Store in refrigerator or freezer
