| pack | (3-oz) raspberry jello | | 1 1/2
| cup | (15-oz jar) applesauce | | 18
| | Double graham crackers | | 1
| pack | Dream whip dessert | | | -topping mix | | 1/4
| tsp | Almond extract | | 3
| tbsp | Confectioners sugar | | 1/4
| cup | Toasted chopped blanched | | | -almonds |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine each package of jello with ?c applesauce; stir until well blended, about 1 ?minutes. | | 2 | Place 2 double crackers end to end on platter. | | 3 | Spread with ?c liem mixture. | | 4 | Top with 2 double crackers; spread with ?c raspberry mixture. | | 5 | Continue layers, alternating flavors and ending with crackers. | | 6 | Prepare dessert topping mix as directed on package, using ?ts almond extract instead of vanilla. | | 7 | Add confectioners sugar. | | 8 | Spread over sides and top of loaf. | | 9 | Sprinkle sides with almonds. | | 10 | Chill at least 30 minutes. |
