Sambuca romana jam

Ingredients:
5 cupCrushed, Fresh Blueberries
1 tspGrated Lemon Rind
1/2 cupWater
1/2 cupSambuca Romana
2 1/2 cupSugar
1 Box Light Fruit Pectin
10 Coffee Beans Per Jar
Procedures:
1Mix ?c sugar and pectin together.
2Stir into blueberries, lemon rind, water, and sambuca in a heavy saucepan.
3Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a hard boil.
4Stir in remaining sugar.
5Bring to a rolling boil, still stirring constantly.
6Boil for 1 minute.
7Remove from heat.
8Skim off foam with metal spoon.
9Place 10 coffee beans in each jar.
10Immediately pour jam into hot sterilized jars and vacuum seal.
11Makes 5 ?pint jars.
