Spicy mango chutney

Ingredients:
4 lbsMature green mangoes
1 largeOnion
8 ozGreen gingerroot, peeled
2 Garlic cloves
3 lbsBrown sugar
2 ozYellow chili peppers
3 tspSalt
4 cupVinegar
2 lbsCurrants
2 lbsRaisins
Procedures:
1Force magoes, onion, gingerroot and garlic through food chopper, using coarse blade.
2Add remaining ingredients and let stand overnight.
3Bring to a boil and boil rapidly until thick.
4Pour into hot sterilized pint jars, and seal.
