Ingredients:
1 1/2 kgTomatoes
100 gramsGlace pineapple
1 Green apple
1 tbspGrated lemon rind
1/2 cupLemon juice
3 1/2 cupSugar
Procedures:
1Peel & coarsely chop tomatoes.
2Coarsely chop pineapple.
3Peel, core & grate apple.
4Combine the fruit in a large pot.
5Bring to a boil, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
6Stir in lemon juice.
7add sugar & stir till dissolved.
8Boil rapidly, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until a setting point is reached.
9Remove from heat & stand for 5 minutes.
10Pour into warm sterile jars & seal.
