Ingredients:

| lbs | Cooked chopped ham | | 1
| lbs | Leftover chopped cooked | | | -turkey | | 1/4
| lbs | Soft butter | | 1/2
| tsp | Fresh ground pepper | | 1/2
| tsp | Tarragon | | 3
| tbsp | Melted butter |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put ham and turkey into the bowl of your food processor and process using a pulsing action. | | 2 | Do not puree. | | 3 | Stir in softened butter, pepper and tarragon. | | 4 | Put into 3-4 small crocks. | | 5 | Refrigerate for an hour before covering with a thin layer of melted butter. | | 6 | Store in refrigerator. |
