Turkey and ham rillette

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsCooked chopped ham
1 lbsLeftover chopped cooked
-turkey
1/4 lbsSoft butter
1/2 tspFresh ground pepper
1/2 tspTarragon
3 tbspMelted butter
Procedures:
1Put ham and turkey into the bowl of your food processor and process using a pulsing action.
2Do not puree.
3Stir in softened butter, pepper and tarragon.
4Put into 3-4 small crocks.
5Refrigerate for an hour before covering with a thin layer of melted butter.
6Store in refrigerator.
