Ingredients:
1/2 tspOlive oil
1 1/2 cupMushrooms -- sliced
1 cupOnions -- chopped
1 Stalk celery -- chopped
2 Chicken bouillon cube
1 cupWater -- boiling
8 cupBread crumbs
3/4 tspSage
3/4 tspThyme
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspParsley
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1/4 tspBlack pepper
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 32Preapre a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.
2In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
3Add mushrooms, onions and celery.
4Cook until all is tender.
5Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and add to bread crumbs.
6Then, add mushrooms, onions, celery, sage, thyme, salt, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper.
7Place entire mixture into prepared pan.
8Bake for 45 minutes.
