Ingredients:
| 1/2
| cup | Green onion, chopped | | 2
| | Cloves garlic, minced | | 1
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 10
| oz | Frozen chopped spinach, thaw | | | - drained | | 1/4
| tsp | Sugar | | 1
| can | Chicken broth | | 1
| cup | Water | | 1 1/4
| cup | Orzo, uncooked | | 3/4
| tsp | Grated lemon rind | | 1/2
| tsp | Marjoram | | 2
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1/2
| cup | Raisins | | 1/4
| cup | Pine nuts or almonds |

Procedures:
| 1 | Saute onion and garlic in oil in large skillet for 2 mintues. | | 2 | Add spinach and sugar; heat through, about 4 minutes. | | 3 | Boil broth and water in a large saucepan. | | 4 | Add orzo, lemon rind and marjoram. | | 5 | Simmer, uncovered, until tender, about 10 minutes. | | 6 | Stir in lemon juice, raisins, nuts and spinach mixture. | | 7 | Stuff bird according to directions on turkey. | | 8 | Can also be made in a lightly greased 9x13" pan. | | 9 | Bake covered, in preheated 375°F oven for 40 minutes. | | 10 | Uncover for last 10 minutes of baking for a crisper stuffing. |
