Ingredients:

| lbs | Pork sausage | | 1
| cup | Celery, chopped finely | | 1
| large | Onion, chopped | | 4
| | McIntosh apples, peeled chop | | 2
| tsp | Dried sage | | 1
| tbsp | Dried parsley | | 1
| tsp | Dried oregano | | 1
| tsp | Dried thyme leaves | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Salt , or to taste | | 2/3
| cup | Walnuts, coarsely chopped | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | 24
| oz | Unseasoned toasted bread | | 1
| x | Cubes | | 1/4
| cup | Butter, melted | | 2
| cup | Boiling water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place sausage in medium skillet over medium heat and cook, breaking up pieces with fork until no longer pink, drain fat. | | 2 | Place sausage, celery, onions, apples, walnuts, sage, parsley, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and bread cubes in large bowl,toss. | | 3 | Combine butter and boiling water and pour over mixture. | | 4 | Toss gently. | | 5 | Spoon stuffing into cavities just before roasting. | | 6 | Stuff loosely to allow for expansion. | | 7 | Bake any leftover stuffing at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes. | | 8 | Always remove all stuffing after turkey is roasted. |
