Ingredients:
4 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
1 Envelope active dry yeast
1/2 tspSalt
1 1/4 cupHot water (120 -130 deg. F)
Procedures:
1Makes two 12" pizza crusts.
28 servings each.
3In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, the yeast and salt.
4With electric mixer, slowly beat in water; beat 2 minutes, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula.
5With mixer on medium speed, beat in ?cup flour; beat 2 minutes, until dough is stiff.
6Stir in 1 ?cups flour.
7Sprinkle clean work surface with ?cup flour.
8Knead dough
