Ingredients:

| | 16" or 4 6" boboli shells | | 2
| tbsp | Margarine or butter | | 1
| | Zucchini, slice very thin | | 1
| small | Red onion, chopped | | 1
| small | Stalk Broccoli, chopped | | 4
| oz | Chinese pea pods | | 1
| | Sweet Red pepper, diced | | 1
| | Yellow pepper, diced | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Thyme | | | Black pepper to taste | | 1
| oz | Parmesan, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 450°F. | | 2 | Saute zucchini onion and broccoli in margarine or butter until slightly tender. | | 3 | Add pea pods and stir 2 minutes. | | 4 | Add red and yellow peppers, thyme and pepper as desired. | | 5 | Stir mixture another 1 minute. | | 6 | Pour mixture onto boboli shell. | | 7 | Sprinkle with parmesan and heat for 5-7 minutes. | | 8 | (wrv) |
