Ingredients:
6 Italian bread shells, small
1 cupBean sprouts, rinsed/drained
6 ozJack cheese, shredded
1/3 lbsTiny shrimp, rinsed/drained
1/4 cupFinely chopped green onion
Crushed dried red hot chiles
THAI PEANUT SAUCE
2/3 cupSmooth peanut butter
2 tbspWater
2 tspSoy sauce
2 tspCider vinegar
2 tspSugar
2 tbspSeasoned rice vinegar
1 tspOriental sesame oil
Procedures:
1Place bread shells, cup sides up, on 2 baking sheets, each 12x15".
2Spread sauce equally over cups in bread.
3Scatter bean sprouts equally on crusts, then sprinkle with cheese.?Bake in a 350°F.
4Oven until cheese has melted and begin to brown, 12-15 minutes (if using 1 oven, switch pan positions after 7 minutes).
5Place pizzas on dinner plates; top equally with shrimp and onion.
6Add chilies to taste; eat with knife and fork, or cut into wedges to pick up and eat.??*** thai peanut sauce ***?combine water, soy sauce, cider vinegar, and sugar.
