| cup | Cheese, mozzarella, shredded |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 42Grease 1 pie plate per 4 servings. | | 2 | Sprinkle onion and parmesan cheese in pie plate. | | 3 | Beat milk, eggs, and bisquick 15 seconds in blender on high. | | 4 | Pour into pie plate. | | 5 | Bake 20 minutes. | | 6 | spread pizza sauce over top. | | 7 | Top with remaining ingredients. | | 8 | Bake 10-15 minutes, until cheese is light brown. | | 9 | cool 15 minutes. | | 10 | sylvia"s comments: still rose too much for my preference. | | 11 | Try reducing bisquick. |
