Ingredients:
2 3/4 cupAll-purpose flour
3/4 cupMilk
5 tbspUnsalted butter, softened
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Recipe by: pizza in a large bowl combine 2 ?cups flour, milk, butter, baking powder and salt.
2Stir with a fork until a soft dough forms.
3Shape into a ball.
4Lightly flour a work surface with about ?cup flour.
5Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a round 1/8 inch thick and 12 inches in diameter.
6Flip it over occasionally as you roll it out.
7The dough should be slightly thinner in the middle than at the edge.
8When it is the correct size, lift the edge of the pizza to form a slight rim.
