| cup | All-purpose flour | | 3/4
| cup | Milk | | 5
| tbsp | Unsalted butter, softened | | 1
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: pizza in a large bowl combine 2 ?cups flour, milk, butter, baking powder and salt. | | 2 | Stir with a fork until a soft dough forms. | | 3 | Shape into a ball. | | 4 | Lightly flour a work surface with about ?cup flour. | | 5 | Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a round 1/8 inch thick and 12 inches in diameter. | | 6 | Flip it over occasionally as you roll it out. | | 7 | The dough should be slightly thinner in the middle than at the edge. | | 8 | When it is the correct size, lift the edge of the pizza to form a slight rim. |
