Ingredients:
1 lbsLoaf of French Bread
Pesto Sauce
Black Olives
Mozzarella Cheese
Fresh Parmesan, grated
Fresh Roma tomatoes, sliced
Procedures:
1Slice french bread in half lengthwise (ie.
22 halves for a 1 lb loaf or 4 "halves" for 2 ?lb loaves).
3Spread cut sides of bread with pesto (about 1 cup).
4Top with black olives and slices of roma tomatoes.
5Top generously with mozzarella cheese and ?to ?cup parmesan cheese.
6Bake in oven until cheese is bubbly.
7Serve as appetizers or as a main meal.
