Procedures:
| 1 | Halve potatoes lengthwise and slice into ?inch thick strips. | | 2 | Put margarine and olive oil in bowl; add potatoes, tossing to coat well. | | 3 | Arrange potato strips in single layer on non-stick baking sheet. | | 4 | Sprinkle with paprika. | | 5 | Bake in preheated 450 degree oven 30 to 40 minutes. |
