| | Bay leaf | | 1/2
| tsp | Minced thyme | | 1
| quart | Chicken or turkey stock | | 2
| lbs | Tomatoes | | | - peeled, seeded, finely | | | - chopped (including juice) | | | Salt and pepper | | 2
| cup | Shredded cooked turkey |

Procedures:
