Ingredients:

| oz | Cn chicken broth | | 1
| cup | Carrots, sliced | | 1/2
| cup | Onion, chpd | | 1
| cl | Garlic, sm, minced | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | 2
| cup | Broccoli, coarsely chpd | | 2
| tbsp | All purp flour | | 3/4
| cup | Milk | | 1 1/2
| cup | Swiss cheese, shredded |

Procedures:
| 1 | Sure to get raves. | | 2 | Use any combo of veggies--fresh, frozen, or leftover. | | 3 | If using cooked vegs add after stirring flour mixture into soup base. | | 4 | place water, broth, carrots, onion, garlic, and pepper in lg saucepan. | | 5 | Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat; simmer 10 mins. | | 6 | Add broccoli; return soup to boil. | | 7 | Meanwhile combine flour and milk. | | 8 | Slowly add to boiling soup stirring constantly. | | 9 | Cook over med heat, stirring occasionally, 10 mins or until thickened and bubbling. | | 10 | Stir in cheese. |
