Ingredients:
2 Lb. Welsh lamb cutlets
1/2 lbsOnions
3 Leeks
1/2 lbsCarrots
1/2 lbsParsnips
1/2 lbsSwede
2 lbsPotatoes
Salt and pepper
Procedures:
1Remove as much tat as possible from the cutlets and boil the meat gently in water for 1 hour.
2Skim off fat.
3Peel and cui up the vegetables and add to the lamb.
4Add salt and pepper to taste.
5Cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
