Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsGROUND BEEF
2 tbspVEG OIL
1 canONION SOUP
2 tspCHILI POWDER
2 tspGROUND CUMIN
1/2 tspPEPPER
2 tbspCOCOA
2 canKIDNEY BEANS, UNDRAINED
6 ozTOMATO PASTE
15 ozTOMATO SAUCE
2 tbspBROWN SUGAR
1 tspVINEGAR
6 ozCAN V8 JUICE
Procedures:
1Brown beef in oil.
2Break meat into tiny rice size pieces.
3Place onion soup and half of cooked beef into a blender and process on high speed until it resembles cement mortar.
4Place with unblended beef into 2 ?qt saucepan.
5Add remaining ingredients and simmer until flavors are blended.
6Very good! the kids liked.
7Not too spicy
