Ingredients:

| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 2
| lbs | Boneless, skinless chicken | | | -breast, cut into 1" cubes | | 1
| med | Sweet onion, diced | | 3
| cl | Garlic, minced | | 4
| | Tomatillos, husks and stem | | | -ends removed, finely chop | | | -(opt) | | 1
| pack | Frozen white corn(16oz) | | 2
| tsp | Cumin | | 1/2
| tsp | Oregano | | 1
| can | Green chilies(4oz) | | 1 1/2
| cup | Chicken broth | | | Juice of 1 lime | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped cilantro | | | Garnishes as desired |

Procedures:
