Ingredients:
2 cupSweet corn kernals
3 cupWater
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupChopped fresh spinach
1/2 cupCornstarch
1 tspVegetable oil
Procedures:
1Try your hand at swirling two colorful purees into this universal symbol!
2directions: =========== place corn in a blender with 1 cup water and ?teaspoon salt.
3Blend until smooth, remove mixture to a bowl and set aside.
4place spinach in a blender with 1 cup water and remaining ?teaspoon salt.
5Blend until smooth, remove mixture to a second bowl and set aside.
6in a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with 1 cup water until blended.
7heat ?tsp. oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
8Add corn puress.
9Add half of cornstarch mixture, stirring until smooth.
10Then empty contents into a large 2-quart serving bowl.
11clean pan and heat remaining ?teaspoon oil over medium heat.
12Add spinach puree and stir.
13Mix in remaining half of cornstarch mixture.
14pour spinach mixture into corn mixture and swirl to create desired design.
15(each vegetable puree will hold its shape).
16Serve warm.
