Ingredients:

| cup | Meat or chicken stock | | | -or water | | 80
| grams | Flour | | 80
| grams | Rice | | 3
| cup | Yogurt | | 2
| | Egg yolks | | 3
| tbsp | Butter | | 2
| tbsp | Dried mint |

Procedures:
| 1 | 1- boil the rice in meat or chicken broth, on low heat 2- beat the yoghourt with the egg yolks and flour. | | 2 | Stirring constanly, slowly add 2 cups of boiling stock. | | 3 | Add it to the meat stock with rice. | | 4 | Let simmer for 10 minutes. | | 5 | 3- heat the butter. | | 6 | Add dried mint. | | 7 | Leave on low heat for 1 minute. | | 8 | Pour it over the soup and serve. |
