Yogurt soup (turkish)

Ingredients:
8 cupMeat or chicken stock
-or water
80 gramsFlour
80 gramsRice
3 cupYogurt
2 Egg yolks
3 tbspButter
2 tbspDried mint
Procedures:
11- boil the rice in meat or chicken broth, on low heat 2- beat the yoghourt with the egg yolks and flour.
2Stirring constanly, slowly add 2 cups of boiling stock.
3Add it to the meat stock with rice.
4Let simmer for 10 minutes.
53- heat the butter.
6Add dried mint.
7Leave on low heat for 1 minute.
8Pour it over the soup and serve.
