Procedures:
| 1 | Combine any 4 of the first 6 ingredients in a tall glass. | | 2 | Fill up with crushed ice. | | 3 | Add sugar and evaporated milk. | | 4 | For a special halo-halo use a bana float dish. | | 5 | Top halo-halo with 1 scoop ice cream and cherry. | | 6 | *use ripe, firm fruits. | | 7 | Use macapuno scraper or grater to get shreds. | | 8 | Also available are ready made mixed fruits in a bottle call halo-halo mixes, in various bottles, with beans and corn, etc. | | 9 | Good eating on a hot and muggy day |
