Zucchini coriander soup

Ingredients:
1/2 cupChopped onion
2 tbspOlive oil -- (28 Ounce can)
3/4 lbsZucchini -- cut into ?
Pieces
1 1/2 cupChicken broth
1 1/2 cupCilantro -- fresh, chopped.
2 tspLemon juice
Procedures:
1In a large saucepan cook the onion in the oil over medium low heat stirring until softened.
2Add zucchini and salt and pepper to taste.
3Cook covered, stirring occasionally for 4 minutes.
4Add broth and 1 ?c. water and simmer covered for 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
5Remove pan from heat and add corriander and let cool.
6Puree in processor in batches, transferring to bowl.
7Add lemon and salt and papper to taste.
8Serve room temperature or chilled.
