| cup | Sweetened shredded | | | Coconut | | 1/2

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. | | 2 | Place the milk and the coconut in a saucepan and warm over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionnaly. | | 3 | Strain the milk and place the coconut on a baking sheet in the oven until it turns brown, about 8-10 minutes. | | 4 | Add the milk to the hot coffee and top with the browned coconut |
