| | Eggs | | 3
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Vanilla | | 1 1/2
| cup | Flour | | 2
| cup | Walnuts, coarsely chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat; stirring constantly until smooth. | | 2 | Cool slightly. | | 3 | Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl at high speed 10 min. blend in chocolate at low speed. | | 4 | Add flour, beating just to blend. | | 5 | Stir in walnuts. | | 6 | Spread in greased 13x9" pan. | | 7 | Bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes. | | 8 | (do not overbake). | | 9 | Cool in pan. | | 10 | Cut into bars or squares. | | 11 | Makes 24-32 |
