White chocolate butterscotch cookies

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
1 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspSalt
1 cupUnsalted butter, at room
1 1/2 cupFirmly packed dark brown sug
2 largeEggs
1 tbspLight molasses
2 tspVanilla
1 tspScotch whiskey, optional
1 cupPecans, toasted, chopped
3/4 cupButterscotch pieces
3/4 cupWhite chocolate pieces
Procedures:

2Fields preheat oven to 300 degrees.
3Mix together flour, baking soda and salt in a medium-size bowl.
4Beat togeter butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
5Add eggs, molasses, vanilla and whiskey, if using, and beat well, about 1 minute.
6At low speed, beat in the flour mixture.
7Stir in pecans and the butterscotch and white chocolate pieces.
8Drop dough by rounded tablespoons, 2 inches apart, on ungreased baking sheets.
9Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until set.
10Transfer cookies to rack to cool.
